SOAHR 2022 is underway, and lots of smiling faces are happy to be able to safely gather for SHRM-Atlanta’s Annual Conference. With close to 600 people in attendance, both in-person at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta and virtually from around Georgia, keynote speaker Cassandra Worthy started the day with enthusiasm and attendees walked away in awe and ready for the remainder of SOAHR.
Breakout sessions kept attendees in learning and collaboration mode until the Resource Partner Showcase grand opening and lunch. Many relevant topics were available for attendees to choose from including HR 101 for Departments of One & Small Business, Leadership Lessons from Marvel Superheroes, and Fair Made Easy: Practical Approaches to Pay Equity.
It’s always a wonderful experience for attendees in the Resource Partner Showcase where more than 60 organizations gathered to showcase the solutions and products they have specifically for HR.
The first day ended with a Welcome Reception giving attendees the chance to talk about the day, catch up with old and new friends, and just celebrate being part of the Atlanta HR Community.
